hollow rings copyIn this class you will learn how to create a box constructed ring using sheet metal and multiple solder joints.  This approach will allow you to build lightweight yet volumetric forms.  Piercing is an integral part of soldering hollow forms and will be considered as a design enhancement.  Scoring and bending and simple forming will also be covered. Your finished pieces will incorporate various approaches to surface embellishments.  Open to all levels.
