Allison Krier
Allison Krier studied fine art, and art and design history and theory before delving into jewelry and metalsmithing. She completed her MA on the History of Design, Decorative Arts and Material Culture at Parsons The New School for Design in conjunction with the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, and previously studied painting at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her bench practice is a hands-on exploration of material and possibilities of wearable form.
