Frequently Asked Questions

Open Studio Hours

Please check our calendar for most up to date information on open studio hours. Open studio hours begin and/or end half an hour before/after scheduled classes and events.  If there are two classes in session, that means open studio benches are not available. If there is only one class in session you can use the alternate open classroom for open studio. If there are no classes or events, that means both classrooms are available for open studio.

You must sign-in when you arrive and check out and pay for your hours before you leave.

Make-Up Classes

We do not refund tuition for classes that students miss due to their own circumstances. Students enrolled in multi-session studio courses (excluding workshops and intensives) may make-up missed class sessions during open studio hours for up to two weeks after the last class meeting. Teachers are not required to meet with students outside of class to make up missed information. Partially missed class time, due to being late or leaving early, may not be made up. We do not allow students to sit-in on other sections to make-up their classes.

Additional Fees

Most of our classes require supplies and materials. The supply list is posted to class pages, and included in confirmation emails. If you are ever unsure of what you need to bring to or purchase for class please email us!

Do you sell tools and materials?

Yes, we have a Toolshop onsite. You can purchase materials online and pick-up in person or purchase materials in person.
